To all users of this site.
I am delighted to try to contribute to the LGC's current efforts to raise funds for its essential roof repairs. Whilst this weather site is essentially my own, rather than that of the club, I am keen to invite annual donations to the club through this site of a minimum £350. I will be happy, if required, to acknowledge any such donations, and, if appropriate, to show web site links.

Synopsis |
Early mist might be a bit slow to clear then it will become soarable through to mid/late afternoon. Then light snow followed tonight by some heavier periods of snow. With the wind slightly off the hill (don't be fooled by the wind sock) there is likely to be heavy sink on the base leg to the SW run. Consider landing on the East Run. Just a reminder, whilst the cabbage patch is now in use for aerotow take offs, I would prefer that you do not land on it unless there is no safe alternative. Turning gliders on the spot digs holes into the ground and recovery buggies will drive across it in random directions. |

Sunday frontal am may be flyable pm. Monday fronts remain local but it might be flyable if they are displaced a little. Tuesday similar as the fronts are not really moving. Wednesday same again |
